1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and The Chaos Shield AI ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website and services. You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all of these Terms of Service, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Services Description

The Chaos Shield AI provides Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) management services, including but not limited to compliance management software, risk assessment tools, policy management, audit trail capabilities, and related consulting services. Our services are designed to help organizations maintain regulatory compliance and manage operational risks effectively.

3. User Representations

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Service
• You are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside
• You will not access the Site through automated or non-human means
• You will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Your use of the Site will not violate any applicable law or regulation

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us. 5. Subscription and Payment

You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Site. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us. As a user of the Site, you agree not to:

• Systematically retrieve data to compile a database without written permission

• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features
• Disparage, tarnish, or otherwise harm us and/or the Site

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, our liability to you for any cause whatsoever and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to us during the six (6) month period prior to any cause of action arising.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Canada. The Chaos Shield AI and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Ontario shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.

10. Modifications and Interruptions

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Site at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue all or part of the Services without notice at any time. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Site or Services.
